Facts

Steel pans are originally made in Trinidad & Tobago. They were historically made out of oil barrels. Also, the red, white, and black of the flag represents the warmth of the people, the richness of the earth and water respectively.

 The Limbo (dance) was also invented here. Its a dance competition of sorts where people go under a bar lower, and lower each round. Some of the national plants and animals include, the scarlet ibis, the chaconia as the national flower and callaloo as the national dish.
